Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with the order number or other proof of purchase. For an eligible return, touchland pays the return shipping cost and provides return instructions or a prepaid label.

Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items with the order information and clear photographs. After an eligible return is received and approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional posting time. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation before shipment; success cannot be guaranteed.
